If you or your organization own any registered trademark relating to domain names Brandmight LLC has registered, or if you represent or know of any such organization, please inform us as soon as possible.

Brandmight LLC shall not be liable to the owner of any trademark or prior right, nor to any agent acting for such persons for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered as a result of your failure to notify Brandmight LLC of your alleged or actual claim or for any direct or indirect losses arising as a result of registration, use, offer for sale and/or sale of the said domain name by Brandmight LLC.
